Atlanta, GAPosted Jan 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

From the start, the team interviewing me was very clear about what they expected for the position and they explained beyond the job description.

Communication felt strong at first, and they seemed knowledgeable. But after that initial period, I ended up being ghosted—eventually I was told the process could take a long time, and after about five or six weeks I followed up and was still “under consideration.”

I kept reaching out multiple times over several weeks and didn’t get any responses back. Even though the early interview itself felt positive and organized, the waiting and lack of closure ended up being the hardest part of the experience for me.
