I went through a few rounds for what felt like a very entry-level research analyst role, and the whole process ended with a pretty abrupt dead stop.

The conversations didn’t feel especially hostile or overly difficult, it just never turned into an actual decision.

After investing time across multiple steps, I ended up getting ghosted with no clear update. It honestly left a bad taste, especially for a role that didn’t seem to come with much upside. I felt like the effort wasn’t worth it when the process stopped communicating after the last round.
