Genpact Software Engineer interview experience

After reviewing what was needed, they shared the relevant details so I didn’t waste time, and the overall tone was encouraging. The interview discussions and expectations came across as clear, and it felt more like a smooth onboarding conversation than a stressful test.

There wasn’t much indication of high difficulty, and I left feeling like the role and process were straightforward. I didn’t receive an offer, but the main thing I remember was how supported the communication felt during the process.
