I experienced a very relaxed, non-rigorous process that leaned on resume familiarity and general communication more than coding depth.

Behavioral/resume interview (short, easy) — A friendly conversation where I was asked about my skills and prior experience, with little emphasis on hard technical questions.
Conceptual “not real LeetCode” screening — A lenient setup that focused on conceptual understanding and resume-heavy discussion.
Outcome: No offer for me; the takeaway was that if you can clearly explain what you did, these screens feel manageable.
