I had a fairly standard, engineering-focused process with at least one timed coding step, and I found it moderate-to-easy when I prepared for the format.

Timed online programming — a short, timed coding portion with a few questions, followed by a recruiter call.
Final interview with hiring manager — a manager discussion covering past experience and some technical questions (no mention of deep live coding).
Codility-style coding screen — two problems on a platform with a Java component and a .NET component, with a fixed time window.
HR-salary alignment + on-site behavior — HR provided salary/benefits info, then an on-site round emphasizing past experience and behavioral questions with no live coding.
**Three-round
