I interviewed through an online coding gate followed by an interview heavy on STAR behavioral responses, with overall average difficulty.

Online assessment — I completed an assessment with two coding questions; passing it unlocked the final stage.
Final round: online interview — I joined a virtual session with two senior engineers focused mostly on behavioral questions delivered in STAR format.
Track-program style variant — In another version, I took a Codility test and then did a 1–1.5 hour STAR-based interview with friendly interviewers. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the process leaned on communication and structured STAR responses more than tough algorithms.
