I ran into an early stop in the process: I completed an online coding assessment that felt straightforward, then never heard back.

Online coding assessment — I worked through LeetCode-style problems with simple instructions; in another attempt, the assessment was bit-masking related.
No further interview — In one case, there was no additional employee interview after the assessment; in both cases the process ended without a response. Outcome: I didn’t receive a response/offer—being quick and correct on the online assessment was the key gate, and it likely wasn’t enough for advancement.
