I experienced an interview journey that started with an online technical assessment and then shifted into a mix of coding/behavior, usually feeling moderate in difficulty and practical.

Online technical assessment — an initial timed technical assessment to determine whether I advanced.
Round with resume-driven technical depth — after passing, I interviewed with developers who reviewed my resume and asked deeper technical questions.
Coding + behavioral in the next phases — I went through two rounds of technical interviews: first a technical overview from my Java/OOP background, then coding plus behavioral.
Coding test + STAR interview — an online technical test with LeetCode-style easy/medium problems followed by a behavioral interview.
