My process felt tightly organized and pretty fast.

Everything ran in three rounds on the same day, and the whole focus was on what was already on my resume. The interviews were structured enough that it felt less like improvising and more like they were working through a checklist.

After that day, the offer decision moved quickly. An offer letter came out within about a week. Overall it was a well-run experience, and the main thing that stood out was how strongly the conversations stayed anchored to my background rather than trying to catch me off guard.
