General Mills Software Engineer interview experience

There were two rounds: the first lasted about thirty minutes and included two interviewers, then four days later I had a second round that ran about forty minutes with one interviewer.

Altogether, the process was over in about a week. Even though it was quick, the decision landed a little over a week after the second interview, so there was a short gap between finishing and hearing where things stood.

I wasn’t offered the role in the end, but what stood out most was the speed of the scheduling and how decisive they seemed to be once they wrapped the second round.
