My process was laid out as four rounds, and the variety of formats kept it moving.

The first round was an aptitude assessment, then I moved into a technical interview covering things like Java, C++, SQL, Big Data, and MongoDB.

After that, there was a management-skills round focused on how capable I was at managing things, and then a final HR round that framed expectations around staying calm and not trying to fake who I was.

It was an average-difficulty experience overall, but the biggest thing I felt was how many different angles they tested in sequence. I didn’t receive an offer, and the final HR emphasis made it feel like they were looking for a very specific mindset
