General Mills Full Stack Engineer interview experience

First there was a recruiter phone screen for about thirty minutes, then I took a Codility test. After that, I had three technical questions, each on a roughly thirty-minute track, covering C#, JavaScript, and SQL.

Next came a technical phone screen for about thirty minutes with an architect, and then the onsite portion was moved to a virtual format because of Covid-19. The whole thing felt like it was built around clock time—each step had its own boundaries—and I had to be ready to switch gears quickly.

It didn’t turn into an offer for me, but I appreciated how explicit the structure was.
