I applied while I was still in college, around the time of a campus job fair.

A few weeks later I got an email about a college interview day at the Scottsdale campus. The day ended up being a full-on event: there were manager presentations, two separate 45-minute interviews with project managers and team members, and a group tour of the facility.

The group size was around 30 people, which made it feel like a coordinated recruiting push rather than a quiet 1-on-1 process. The questions were heavily behavioral and also tied to what kinds of projects I’d worked on previously. There were only a few technical questions if any, and nothing felt particularly tricky.
