I started with what felt more like a screening chat than a deep technical interview.

A system engineer led the conversation, and most of the questions centered on whether I understood network and communications fundamentals—specifically VoIP and routing protocol knowledge like OSPF and EIGRP.

We also talked about my background in a pretty straightforward way: what certifications I had and roughly how many years of experience I had tied to each. It never turned into a coding-style technical test, and overall it felt on the easier side, more about verifying I matched the technical keywords than digging into details.
