I went through a straightforward recruiting-to-team flow that felt fairly typical for the software engineer role over roughly a month.

HR screen (phone) — an initial call to discuss my interest in the role and background.
Hiring manager screen (phone) — about an hour with the hiring manager reviewing experience and fit.
Onsite (team interviews) — interviews with multiple employees from the team, following the earlier calls.
Closing note — the process felt standard end-to-end. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the journey was not especially stressful and matched a “typical” recruiting flow.
