The process I went through was fully automatic, which was a change from the usual recruiter-to-interview flow.

I first received an email if I was shortlisted, then I had to log into their internal system and complete a machine-test session. It involved full screen sharing and live analysis, and I knew the session was recorded for later review.

The difficulty felt high mainly because there wasn’t any interaction to clarify what was expected. I finished the automated test, but I didn’t get an offer. What I remember most is how intense the environment felt—being recorded and observed with no pause for follow-up made it stressful, even though the format itself was straightforward.
