My hiring started with a written test, and then I went through four technical face-to-face rounds back to back.

The overall difficulty felt difficult, and the schedule implied a lot of continuous evaluation.

After the interviews, they shared results through email within about a week. There wasn’t any sense of a drawn-out multi-week process—just a compressed, intense block of technical screening.

I didn’t get an offer. What I reflected on afterward was how demanding the face-to-face sequence was, and how quickly the process tested endurance as much as knowledge.
