Geekyants Software Software Engineer interview experience

After I cleared that first round, I was called for a face-to-face second round.

The in-person part felt smooth. The staff, interviewers, and HR were friendly, and the overall process didn’t feel adversarial. The difficult part wasn’t the vibe—it was the fact that it moved from a written programming gate directly into a face-to-face evaluation.

I didn’t end up with an offer. Still, I remember feeling grateful that the environment stayed respectful and supportive, which made it easier to focus on the actual technical conversation rather than getting distracted by stress from how I was treated.
