Gecko Robotics Software Engineer interview experience

After the phone interview, she told me I’d hear back in a few days about the next steps for a personality test.

Instead, nothing happened. A week passed, so I followed up, and then I was told they were still interviewing and it would be another week before there was an update. At that point, I’d already moved on to a different company, so I didn’t complete the later stages.

Even though the company’s role sounded promising, the HR communication felt chaotic and drawn out. The opportunity was good, but the scheduling silence and slow follow-ups made the process feel unprofessional to me.
