I got pulled in through a college career fair, and the process started with a recruiter screen.

It began as a 45-minute phone interview, then shifted to a one-hour video interview. The video portion included mostly easy behavioral questions, with a few quick OOP trivia questions mixed in.

After that, I was asked two coding questions that felt relatively straightforward. Everything about it felt light and approachable rather than trying to trip me up, and I left with a good sense that the questions were aligned with the role. The process moved quickly and ended with me receiving an offer, which surprised me in a good way given how relaxed the conversations felt.
