Manhattan, KSPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Garmin in September, and the process felt fairly simple at first.

I went through some basic behavioral and technical questions and then moved into programming questions. The whole thing took about thirty minutes, and it didn’t feel especially hard.

The bigger issue was the timeline afterward. By November, I still hadn’t heard back. Eventually I decided to stop waiting and moved on. Looking back, the interview itself was fine, but the prolonged silence made it feel like the process wasn’t going anywhere.
