I went through an initially promising pipeline that included a scheduling/communication mistake, then ended with a hands-on build task I struggled with.

Phone screen (HR) — Generic HR questions with an expectation of a second interview.
Online interview (senior engineer/manager) — General experience questions plus a basic coding challenge.
In-person follow-up after a mishap — They asked me to come in after an email initially said I wasn’t selected.
In-person practical task — Built a simple website flow where a user uploads a file and generates output; I struggled with the task. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that clear execution on the practical build mattered a lot.
