I started through a talent acquisition specialist I met on a job board.

She set up an online interview first, and then I had a 50-minute phone interview after that. The biggest factor was the pacing: each stage was separated by about a week, so the process moved slowly between steps.

Because the timeline stretched out like that, I spent a lot of time waiting for the next round rather than feeling momentum. In the end, I didn’t get an offer, and the most memorable part was how delayed everything felt between the early stages.
