Gallup Project Manager interview experience

After a recruiter phone screen, I completed an online assessment. Then I went into a more in-depth phone screening with a Gallup interviewer.

Even though it sounded like there could have been additional steps after that—like more phone interviews and potentially an in-person visit—I didn’t make it past that deeper screening call. I walked away realizing the process could move quickly from recruiter-level to a decision point.
