I went through a recruiter step first, and then I had the technical interview afterward.

Before the technical session, I had to complete a coding challenge, and it took me about five hours to finish. The technical interview itself went fine during the live portion.

What weighed on me was what happened after. After spending that much time on the challenge, I didn’t receive any feedback either on my code or on the interview. There was no follow-up, and I left the process feeling like a lot of effort went unanswered.
