G2I Software Engineer interview experience

I went through an initial conversation, then I was asked to complete a code challenge. The time commitment ended up being huge—an entire day or even more—before I finally sent the completed code back.

After that, I heard nothing. The process didn’t come with timely feedback or follow-up; they essentially disappeared for months. The lack of communication left me with the uncomfortable impression that the challenge might be used for other purposes rather than a real evaluation, and I regretted spending so many hours coding for them.
