I was contacted to arrange a written technical test, and then I moved into a video interview afterward.

At first, the turnaround time for communication was fast, and everything felt organized.

But after the technical interview, I got cut off from communication entirely. Even after I reached out to the recruiter, I didn’t get any meaningful response. It was hard to pin down what had happened, especially because I felt like I had at least given decent effort on the questions.

I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest issue wasn’t the technical difficulty—it was the abrupt silence afterward. The whole thing left a bitter impression about how they handled the final stage of the process.
