London, EnglandPosted Nov 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was scheduled for a phone interview by email, apparently as a step before a technical test.

The problem was simple: they never called, and they didn’t respond after I emailed to ask what happened.

It was a very strange experience because it wasn’t clear whether the process had been delayed, canceled, or just mishandled. There wasn’t really an interview journey beyond that missed call.

Since I never got any resolution or further steps, I didn’t receive an offer. What I took away was that the process started with a communication failure, and that made everything feel unreliable from the beginning.
