I scheduled four rounds and, at first, the process seemed to be moving normally.

Then the first round happened, and afterward the HR side went completely silent. The remaining rounds were essentially wasted because the interviewers didn’t show up, and there wasn’t any courtesy communication to explain or cancel what had already been scheduled.

The difficulty level didn’t even really matter after that point, because the bigger issue was basic respect for my time. I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the entire experience felt like it was disrespectful from start to finish—failing to show up after scheduling everything is hard to justify.
