I had a really pleasant experience overall, and what stood out most was how supportive everyone was even though I didn’t make it through.

The process felt extensive in the sense that the rounds took a while, but the people running it were kind and genuinely helpful, answering my questions and giving feedback.

My journey also included structured interviews that were straightforward and practical. I remember doing multiple discussions that matched the role and how I thought through my responsibilities, and I appreciated that the team’s questions felt grounded in what the job would actually require. The vibe was upbeat and welcoming, and it didn’t feel like I was being judged for every miss—it felt more like a real conversation
