I went into the interview process and only got results after about a week.

What stood out was a shocking communication moment: I learned that not even a single male candidate had been shortlisted, and it was framed as something they could have announced earlier as a drive.

I didn’t get an offer, and the experience left me feeling like the process wasn’t just selective—it was also handled in a way that made the outcome feel predetermined rather than based on my performance.
