Freshworks Software Engineer interview experience

Easy

Negative

IndiaPosted Apr 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview experience started with a clear negative tone.

The interviewer came across as rude from the beginning, and the whole conversation felt like it was going to be difficult no matter what I said.

The process itself didn’t feel like it was focused on learning or feedback; it felt more like I was being judged through attitude. Even when it should have involved an HR-oriented feedback loop, it didn’t appear they even asked HR for any input.

I didn’t get an offer, and the hardest part to shake was how openly dismissive the interaction was. It made me question how seriously the process was run beyond the questions.
