My early stages started like they were going to be organized: an HR conversation to explain the role and schedule an exploratory call, and then moving into rounds quickly after that.

In my case, interviews were set up for the next working day, with one coding-focused round in the morning and another design-focused one later the same day.

Everything worked smoothly while they were scheduling. The problems started when the process moved beyond the live interview moments. After the rounds, I never heard back from HR. I followed up by sending emails for feedback and status updates, but got nothing. Another time, the recruiter was responsive while setting up the schedule, yet on the day of a later round I received a message that the interviewer was busy and they’d move
