McLean, VAPosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter call, the whole process moved pretty quickly—roughly a week end to end.

I then had a technical-style screen followed by a second, deeper technical round. The second round felt like the main event, with more hands-on depth rather than just general conversation.

After the final interview, I got feedback a few days later, and the recruiter reached out with next steps over the following week. What stood out most was how smooth onboarding felt once everything aligned—my experience was that the communication and transition were organized and calm, not stressful.
