I went through three rounds, and the timeline stretched out to about a month before I got an offer.

The process started with an HR round, then moved into two technical rounds.

There was also a bonus round where I met with new teammates, which gave the process a slightly broader feel than just interview conversations. Across the rounds, the structure was consistent: first alignment with HR, then deeper technical evaluation, then a chance to connect with the people I would work alongside.

In the end, I accepted the offer. The overall experience felt like a longer process, but it had enough checkpoints that it didn’t feel random.
