Freddie Mac Business Analyst interview experience

I was going to participate in Freddie Day, yet it ended up being canceled due to snow, so instead of the event everything shifted to phone interviews. HR kept candidates waiting for weeks with very little communication, and that disorganized feeling stuck with me.

I remember being told about the Freddie Day setup anyway, including being asked to rank top locations and rank choices as if it was guaranteed, and then watching that plan dissolve when the event was canceled. The hiring team relied on phone interviews to move things forward, but the next steps weren’t communicated clearly enough
