My timeline with Fragomen took far longer than I expected, and the communication was the hardest part.

I went through interviews and then the process dragged on for about 2.5 months. After my interviews, I followed up multiple times over the course of a month, using both email and text, and none of those messages got answered.

Eventually I received a brief apology, and it came immediately with a rejection email. There wasn’t any real explanation for why I sat in silence for so long, and there was no proactive update even after I’d already reached out. I felt like I’d been left waiting without any clarity, and the repeated follow-ups only made the lack of responsiveness more frustrating.
