I had a very quick, practical process compared to the more involved interviews.

I applied in a way that led to a seasonal hiring day, and when I arrived, I was redirected to sales based on my background. They ended up giving me a job offer the same day, and I started work about a week later.

The biggest difference from longer interviews was that most of my “screening” happened through how the day unfolded—being placed into the right role, meeting the staff, and moving forward quickly once they decided I fit. Overall it felt easy and efficient, with the vibe staying friendly and upbeat, and I didn’t really leave with any lingering doubts about where I stood.
