HR facilitated the process, and it started with a phone conversation with HR before I moved into an in-person meeting with sales management.

What I noticed during the process was that morale at the company seemed challenged, which colored the feel of the discussions.

The interview setup itself was organized, but the follow-through didn’t feel consistent. I experienced gaps in how the process was managed after interviews—communication and updates didn’t line up smoothly.

I didn’t get an offer. Looking back, the experience was a mix of good structure and somewhat uneven execution, which made the process feel less predictable than the interview format suggested.
