My interview took three rounds, and the flow was very clear once I was in it.

I started with an HR conversation that felt normal and mostly like baseline discussion. The second round was with the hiring manager and turned into more of a technical discussion.

The final round was more intense: it was in-person with multiple people—an extended technical segment where I was asked technical questions and also did on-the-spot programming. What stood out to me was that they said they could assign programming in any language I listed on my resume, so it wasn’t just about one specific stack. They also made it feel like they expected me to be ready for questions tied directly
