Fluor Software Engineer interview experience

I remember it feeling fairly straightforward—more like an introduction than a deep dive. I talked with people involved in the team and the conversation helped clarify what the department was working on and what the role would actually involve.

Later, the process seemed to stretch out into waiting. I never heard anything back even after I reached out a few times. What stood out most was how quickly the first stage happened, compared with how long it took to get any closure, which left the whole experience feeling unresolved rather than competitive.
