I went through a longer, more intense run that included multiple assessment formats and a final day with traders.

It began with an online mental math test, and then there were extra cognitive-style checks and interviews that felt designed to stress-test how quickly I could respond.

After the recruiter screening, I had an HR motivation round and then moved into trader conversations. The tone wasn’t uniformly comfortable—at least one interviewer came across aggressive and distracted—so I had to rely on staying focused under pressure. The technical discussions leaned on arithmetic, finance/ETF knowledge, and probability-type questions, and there were hints that timing mattered as much as correctness.
