I went through two rounds of tests before anything resembling a conversation.

The first round was a timed numeracy test where I needed a score above a clear threshold (72 out of 120), and only then did I proceed. The second round was an IQ test where I had to score clearly above average across the different parts.

After those two test gates, the next step would have been a solicitation interview, but I didn’t share any further details beyond the testing stages. Overall, the vibe of the process was very quant-first and very threshold-driven, and that made the outcome feel like it depended almost entirely on performance under timed conditions.
