My process started with an initial behavior assessment where I used a platform and played through tasks meant to compare my responses to their employees.

After that, I moved into a mental arithmetic test that was short on time—about 10 minutes—and it was challenging to get through everything, even if it wasn’t impossible.

Then I had an HR interview that lasted around 20 minutes, and it leaned heavily into motivation and fit for trading. The next step combined an HR interviewer with a trader, and that’s where the technical and behavioral questions showed up together more explicitly. Across the conversations, the tone felt professional and accommodating, but the assessments were the real hurdle, and I didn’t end up receiving an offer.
