FlexTrade Systems Inc. Full Stack Engineer interview experience

The questions weren’t described as especially hard, and throughout the actual calls the interactions were positive; responses and communication felt good.

The frustrating part came after the interviews. The feedback trend was decent up until I was essentially just left hanging. I ended up being ghosted after everything seemed to go well, and when I inquired later, there was still no clear closure. The questions themselves didn’t feel difficult, but the lack of follow-through made the whole experience feel unprofessional.
