My process began with a 30-minute phone call, then I took an online HackerRank test.

After that, I went for a couple of face-to-face interviews at the office.

The in-person interviews were with a senior manager and developers, and the whole sequence felt like they were combining initial screening with practical technical evaluation in person. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the structure—from call to HackerRank to office interviews—felt reasonably standard compared to some of the more chaotic processes I’d seen elsewhere.
