Right after I applied, I was asked to complete an online test with eight sections spanning C++, aptitude, logic, Linux, and SQL.

It felt like a broad sweep across fundamentals rather than a deep dive into one area.

A technical interview followed on the HackerRank platform. The interviewer focused on reading and reasoning about code first, asking me what the output of a snippet would be. Then I had to code smaller problems there as well. The whole flow was very structured—test first, then the platform-based technical session—and the difficulty felt in the average range, though it moved quickly once it started.
