The process stretched out and felt genuinely long—around seven hours end to end.

It started with a 2+ hour online test, followed by a quick 30-minute phone interview. Then there was a longer 4+ hour orientation and testing segment, and after that I had another 30-minute phone interview with the manager.

The questions were medium difficulty and largely aimed at measuring problem-solving ability. Even though it was a lot to manage in a single day, the structure made sense, and I felt like I could have done well if I’d been prepared for the pace and breadth. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience itself felt more thorough than stressful.
