I started with a written test, then I went through an in-person segment where I met about six people.

That part felt pretty intensive because it wasn’t just one conversation—it was a whole set of discussions back-to-back, and I had to keep adjusting my explanations and thinking on the fly.

After that, I came back the next week for a programming test on a computer. The overall difficulty felt high from start to finish, and that final practical round was especially hard. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and I left with the clear sense that I hadn’t been able to cross the bar on the programming test.
