Most of the process was anchored around a coding challenge.

The manager was responsive and patient throughout, but the challenge itself was where everything got intense: about three algorithmic problems plus several multiple-choice questions, all packed into a tight 100-minute window.

It felt like there was pressure to move quickly while still being accurate, and while it was described as fair, the time constraint made it pretty demanding. I didn’t reach an offer, but the tone from the manager side felt good—more calm than chaotic—which made the tightness of the timed work stand out even more.
